The discovery that changed how I review contracts forever
Last Tuesday I was sitting in a deposition in Chicago and realized the other side's lawyer had caught a clause I missed because I was skimming too fast. Turns out I'd been reading contract language the same way for 7 years without ever questioning my process. Has anyone else found a weird habit that made you worse at spotting hidden liability triggers?

My buddy missed a liability clause and it cost his small business like 12 grand.
