TIL my outside lawyer was right about one thing
She told me 6 months ago to stop writing long narrative emails to opposing counsel and just send short deadline reminders instead, and it killed a bunch of pointless back and forth. Anyone else's counsel pushed them to change how they handle day to day case stuff?
