TIL the hard way about discovery deadlines in Ohio

I blew a filing deadline by two days last month thinking the court accepted email timestamps, but my opposing counsel in Cleveland hit me with a motion to strike. Cost me an extra $800 in fees and a week of scrambling. Has anyone else gotten burned by assuming electronic submission counts as timely filing?
