Warning about that new e-discovery platform, 'VerityFind'

My firm in Atlanta signed up for their annual plan at $12k, thinking it would cut our doc review time in half. The search filters were so bad we missed key emails in a breach of contract case, and our team had to redo a week of work manually. Has anyone else had a major issue with a specific e-discovery tool that actually set you back?

Used to think these platforms were just overpriced but basically fine. Hearing this makes me see they can be actively dangerous.
