A client taught me the towel trick after 5 years of blowouts

One of my regulars at the salon last month told me to wrap her hair in a microfiber towel for 20 mins before I even started drying, and honestly it cut my time by half and her ends looked way smoother. Now I do it for everyone with thick hair, and they all notice the difference. Has anyone else tried pre-toweling before heat styling?
