Finally fixed a balayage that was pulling too warm in section 4

I kept getting brassy tones in the back crown area no matter what toner I used. Switched to a 20-volume with a scoop of blue additive straight into the bowl, let it process 5 extra minutes. Anybody else deal with a stubborn warm spot like that?

Had a friend who finally fixed hers by leaving the blue additive in for 12 minutes.

Twelve minutes?! That's insane, would've oxidized my whole batch.
