Forgot my setting spray and had to improvise with kitchen items.

I was doing a friend's makeup for her anniversary dinner when I saw my setting spray was empty. I grabbed some rose water from the fridge and spritzed it on, which actually kept things in place all night. Do you think home mixes work well, or should I always buy the real stuff?

I read that rose water has natural glycerin which helps makeup stick.

Tbh I only bought real stuff until my own kitchen hack worked.

Yeah the whole "kitchen hack" thing is so true. I used to buy fancy containers for everything, but now I just save my old yogurt tubs. They work the exact same for leftovers. My biggest win was figuring out how to make my own broth from veggie scraps instead of buying those big jars.
