Hitting 300 lashes sets finally made me question my pricing

So I keep a tally in my phone and last month I hit 300 full lash sets done since I started working from my home studio back in 2021. Honestly the number itself didnt shock me, what got me was realizing Ive only raised my prices twice in that whole time. Meanwhile my lash glue and supplies cost like 30% more now than when I began. Ive been going back and forth on whether to bump my base set from $95 to $110 or just eat the cost to keep my regulars. Some of my clients already tip me $20 every visit so I feel weird asking for more. But then I think about the wear on my tools and the hours I put in for each set, it adds up fast. Has anyone else hit a milestone like this and had to completely rethink their rates? How did you decide what was fair without scaring off your loyal people?
