I spent $80 on a fancy hairdryer and honestly it was a total waste

Everyone kept telling me I needed a high-end blow dryer for better results and less damage. So I dropped $80 on one that was supposed to be ionic and super quiet. After using it for two months, my hair feels basically the same and it takes just as long to dry. My $25 drugstore dryer from five years ago did the same job. Has anyone else regretted spending big on tools that didn't actually help?

Wait, didn't you used to be super against that whole thing too @skylerg17? lol I honestly felt the same way until someone broke it down for me and it just clicked. Now I'm actually thankful I didn't pull the trigger earlier.
