First time I ran a pick blind from the cab without a signalman yesterday

Been on this Grove for 2 years and finally trusted my boom angle and swing enough to set a steel beam behind a wall without anyone guiding me. Took about 3 minutes but felt like a whole new level clicked for me. Anyone else remember that moment when it just started feeling natural?

Bit dramatic" - that's the part I gotta push back on. You ever try setting 500 kilos of steel blind with zero room for error? One wrong swing and you're calling the site manager with bad news. That first clean pick where your hands just know where the load is going without the signalman yelling - that's huge for a crane op. It's not world hunger, no. But in this trade, those small wins are what separate guys who just run the machine from guys who really feel it. Give the man his moment. We all remember that first clean blind pick.
