Had to choose between a 12-hour shift in the rain or shutting down the whole site.
I picked the shift, but my cab fogged up so bad I was basically guessing on the last few picks. How do you guys handle visibility when it's pouring and you can't stop?

Ever try wiping the windshield with your sleeve?

And you know what, that fogged up cab thing is just one of those little problems that shows how much we rely on stuff working right even when it doesn't. @the_derek had the right idea with the sleeve trick, but I've noticed it's the same with my phone screen when I'm trying to scan a barcode in the rain - a quick wipe is never enough and you end up smearing it worse. I started keeping a microfiber cloth in my glove box and honestly it's saved me more times than I can count, way better than using your shirt or jacket. It's funny how the smallest fixes can make or break your whole day when you're stuck out there.

What about a cheap anti-fog spray from the auto store? @the_derek's sleeve trick works in a pinch, but that stuff lasts longer.
