Hit 500 lifts last month and nobody warned me about the hand cramps

I mean, I knew the count would come up eventually, but 500 felt like a lot more than I expected. My grip started locking up around lift 460 on a Terex HC 110, had to switch to two-handed levers for the rest of the day. Anyone else notice their hands acting up at certain milestones or is it just me?

Hated hand cramps until I hit 400 on a Link-Belt and thought I was just being weak. Then 500 rolled around and my fingers literally gave up mid-crane, so yeah, that changed my whole take. You're not alone, that two-handed lever switch is real.
