The clock on the workshop wall was 14 minutes fast and I rewrote every scene around it
I spent three years plotting stories by a ticking kitchen timer I thought was accurate, then a buddy glanced at my notebook and said 'dude, that clock's been off since March 2022,' and suddenly all my 45 minute car chase scenes made sense as 30 minute ones, has anyone else built a whole writing habit around a broken tool without noticing?
