Bought into the hype on those $5 keycap pullers from Amazon and bent two switches before I threw it in the trash.

Spent $18 on a wire puller from a small maker on Etsy after that and it popped caps off like butter the first try, anyone else have a simple tool that saved them money in the long run?

Same thing happened to me with the Amazon ones, the plastic prongs just bend and snap. Picked up a wire puller from Kinetic Labs for like $15 and it's night and day, the wire loops grab the cap from the bottom without ever touching the switch housing. Been using it for over a year now, pulled hundreds of caps without a single issue.
