Spent 6 hours troubleshooting a spacebar that still wobbled

Honestly, I thought I had my stabs lubed and tuned perfect. But after 6 hours of swapping stabilizers, clipping legs, and adding bandaids, it still rattled like crazy. Turns out the plate hole was slightly too wide for my Cherry stabs. Has anyone else dealt with plate tolerances messing up an otherwise clean build?

Dude, six hours on a spacebar? That's honestly wild to me. I mean I get wanting things to be perfect, but at some point you gotta ask yourself if the wobble is even audible when you're actually typing. Most people wouldn't notice a slightly loose spacebar unless they were shaking the board like a maraca. Plate tolerances can be annoying for sure, but I've seen folks spend hours on stabs that were totally fine out of the box. Sometimes the obsession with "perfect" sound and feel just leads to more headaches than it's worth. A little rattle never killed anyone's WPM. Just slap some grease on it and call it a day, you know?

Six hours for a wobble is some next level dedication to a tiny annoyance.
