Vent: Stabilizer rattle was driving me NUTS until I bent the wires.
I solved it by bending the wires, but is this a GOOD method?

Bending the wires is totally fine (did the same thing on my own keyboard last month). Just make sure you press down on the stab housing while you do it, and check that the wire ends are fully seated in the stem. Sometimes a loose end will still cause a rattle even after bending.

Good point about pressing down on the stab housing. It reminds me of how many fixes in life depend on tiny details we might overlook. You can have the right idea, but if one part isn't seated right, the whole thing falls apart. I see this with DIY projects or even just tightening a loose screw. People often blame the tool or the part when it was just a missed step. Paying attention to those small things makes all the difference.

@robin492, your point about tiny details is spot on. I once skipped pressing down on the stab housing and the wire wouldn't stay in. The key kept rattling and I almost gave up before finding the issue. It's shocking how such a small action can prevent so much trouble.
