Finally switched from a free password manager to Bitwarden

For years I just used the free one that came with my browser... but after my friend in Denver had his email hacked, I made the jump. Bitwarden's built-in password generator and the way it checks for weak or reused passwords made it way easier to lock things down. Anyone else have a favorite tool for keeping track of all your logins?

Oh man, I did the EXACT same thing last year. I was using the browser one forever and it just felt so flimsy. The password generator is a total game changer, because now I'm not just adding "123" to the end of my old passwords. Seeing all those weak and reused ones flagged was a real wake-up call. It felt like actually cleaning up a mess instead of just hiding it.

Started checking my passwords after years of putting it off and found out my bank account had the same password as my Netflix account from 2014... kinda embarrassing to admit but at least now I actually changed them all.

Built-in password generator" saved my post-it note habit.
