My password manager glitched and locked me out of 40 accounts

Last Tuesday my password manager decided to randomly log me out and then wouldn't accept my master password even though I typed it right. I spent three hours on hold with their support while panicking because I needed to pay bills that day. Turns out a sync error corrupted my vault file on the cloud side and they had to restore a backup from two days prior. I lost access to 40 different logins for about six hours total and missed one payment deadline. Now I keep a printed list of my top 10 critical passwords in my fire safe just in case. Has anyone else had a cloud sync failure like this ruin their whole day?

Nah, cloud sync is the problem not the solution.
