At a trade show in Chicago last fall I watched a guy lose $500 of gear because his bag tipped over on a wet floor
Before that I was team backpack all the way, but now I'm leaning hard into a rolling case for wet days. Who here has switched setups after a specific bad experience and stuck with it?

My back would probably file for divorce if I switched from a roller now, just saying.

Saw a guy at NAB 2019 lose a lens when his backpack strap snapped. Switched to a roller that week.
