Rain gutted my shoulder bag on a Tuesday commute

Got caught in that surprise downpour near Union Station and my canvas tote soaked through, ruining a notebook and a charging brick in about 15 minutes. I swapped to a waxed canvas messenger with a zipper top, but has anyone else found a dry bag liner that doesn't add bulk for a daily city walk?

My buddy swore by a dry bag liner until his dog chewed through it, so your mileage may vary there.
