Shoutout to the $20 multitool I got at a gas station in Bakersfield
I was driving back from dropping off inventory in Fresno last Tuesday when my cheap carabiner keychain broke, scattering my keys under the seat. Found a little folding multitool at a 76 station for like 20 bucks, and it's actually held up better than the brand name one I lost at a job site back in March. The pliers on it even helped me pull a stuck zipper on my work jacket yesterday. Anyone else have a random cheap piece of gear that surprised them?

Picked up a $15 socket set at a random auto parts store in Arizona two years ago and it's still going strong. That cheap set has done everything from fixing my trailer hitch to patching up a lawn mower. Funny how some budget tools just work way better than you'd expect, right?
