Swapped my heavy leather wallet for a $3 elastic band and my back quit hurting
Two winters back my lower back was killing me on my walk to the train in Chicago, and a chiropractor buddy poked at my back pocket and said the wallet was the problem. I dumped the leather thing for a simple elastic band that holds 5 cards and a folded $20, and within a month the ache was mostly gone. Funny how a $3 piece of stretchy cloth did more than the $40 I spent on a fancy ergonomic chair pad. Anyone else carry way less than they used to, or am I the only one who ditched the wallet?
