Pro tip: the clearance tag on a $3 lamp at Goodwill in Tucson rang up as $1.50
Found a brass desk lamp last Saturday at the Goodwill on Speedway in Tucson, tag said $3 but it rang up $1.50, and the cashier told me colored tags flip to half price on weekends. I went back Sunday and grabbed three more, all half off, plus a $2 picture frame that came out to a dollar. Does anyone know if that weekend tag flip is company wide or just this one location?

Did you ask the cashier if it was just that store's thing? In my experience Goodwill runs region by region, so the tag color sales are usually set by the local district and not the whole company. Worth asking next time you're in there, or just call another Tucson location and see if they do the same weekend flip.
