Blew $80 on a brush set that looked nothing like the previews

I bought a Procreate brush bundle from a random artist on Instagram for $80. The demo video showed these gorgeous textured watercolor strokes. When I loaded them up, they were just low-res blobs that pixelated at any zoom level. Total scam. Anyone else had luck getting a refund from digital sellers through PayPal?

I mean, $80 for brush files that looked fine in the demo seems like user error more than a scam.

Did you ever look up the artist on those scam artist watchlist sites? I heard from a digital art group that Instagram is full of these brush bundles using stolen demo footage from legitimate creators. PayPal usually sides with buyers if you file a dispute within 30 days and show the pixelated results versus the demo video.
