Found a brush pack at a local art fair that changed how I shade

Some vendor at the Portland Art Fair last Saturday handed me a sample of their charcoal brushes and I spent the whole night redoing my latest piece because the texture just clicked, anyone else pick up tools from random places that totally shifted their workflow?

lol kinda feels like you're making a big deal out of some charcoal brushes. I mean they're cool and all but it's still just brushes at the end of the day.

Saw a video the other day where an artist talked about how those specific charcoal brushes in CSP changed their entire workflow.@sethanderson It might seem like just brushes to you, but for digital artists who've been fighting with default tools for years, this kind of update is a pretty big deal. The way they blend and layer is actually different from anything else available right now. Sometimes the little things make the biggest difference in how a piece turns out.
