Serious question, is Procreate actually better than Photoshop for comic art?

I spent 4 months doing linework in Photoshop and switched to Procreate last week. My inking speed doubled and my wrist stopped hurting after long sessions. Anyone else find that simpler software gives better results for specific styles?

Oh man, @simonp40 you hit on something there. I switched to a matte screen protector after trying Procreate and it honestly changed everything for my inking. The way the pen drags on the textured surface feels way closer to real paper than the glass I had before. My strokes came out cleaner and I stopped feeling like I was fighting the tablet.

Consider the feel of the screen though. Procreate's matte screen protector vibe helps my brush control way more than the slippery glass I had with Photoshop.
