That PNG file you just uploaded has a massive white halo around it from bad anti-aliasing

I spent 20 minutes redoing my portfolio piece last night because a flat color background bled into the transparent layer, so check your export settings before you post or it ruins the whole composition for everyone viewing it on dark mode, has anyone else caught this issue in their own uploads?

Nah, it's usually just the quick export that gets you. Photoshop's default always strips the alpha.

Are you saving as PNG-24 with transparency enabled or just doing a quick export from whatever program you're using? I've noticed most default export settings ignore alpha channels completely and screw up the edges. Would be useful to know what software caused your halo so others can avoid it.
