Walked through the AI art section at Art Basel Miami Beach
Saw maybe 40 pieces in a dedicated gallery. Every single one had perfect symmetry and zero brush texture. One guy next to me said "it's technically impressive but feels empty." Has anyone else noticed how AI art always misses those small human errors that make pieces feel alive?

That "empty" feeling is just a dataset with no calloused hands behind it.

Yeah that's a good way to put it... honestly the real trick is just making yourself start. You sit down, open up the document, and write one bad sentence. Then another. The first ten minutes always feel like digging through concrete but after that it starts to flow. I've sat staring at blank screens for hours before I learned that trick. Just get something down even if it's garbage because you can't edit a blank page.
