Friend paid $900 for a diploma mill cert, now HR is calling me about it
My buddy in Dallas bragged he bought a fake business degree online for $900 and got a supervisor job, but now his HR emailed me asking if I know the school's accreditation status, which got me thinking: is buying a diploma service ever worth the risk in this market, or are people just lying to themselves about the payoff? I told him to come clean but he says nobody checks, so who's actually right here?

Watching him sweat over that HR email reminds me of the time my cousin faked his fishing license for a tournament and ended up getting banned from every lake in three counties. Guess the real question is whether a $900 lie is worth more than a clean conscience when the net starts closing in, right?
