Just realized my old cert wording might be holding me back
I was talking to a hiring manager last week, she said my resume lists 'diploma services' but the actual certificates don't match the job titles I'm going for, and that confused her. She told me to check what my provider actually prints versus what I claim, and I found two of mine have outdated program names from 2019. Has anyone else had their certificate text not line up with what employers expect, or is it just me being picky?
