My $40 rush order came back with the wrong name on it
Ordered an expedited diploma from a service in Phoenix last month. Paid $40 extra for 48 hour processing. Got the package and it said 'Troy Patel' but spelled 'Troi'. Called them and they blamed the font. Offered a reprint but wanted another $25 for shipping. I asked for a manager and he just laughed. Has anyone else gotten a botched rush order from these places? How did you get it fixed without paying again?

Man, I once paid for overnight shipping on a car title and got back someone else's paperwork entirely, some lady named Brenda from Ohio. Took three weeks and a certified letter threatening a chargeback before they even looked at it again. At least your name was close, mine was a whole different person, Brenda is probably still wondering where her title went.
