My rush delivery turned into a 3 week mess, still worth it

I paid $180 for a 3 day turnaround on my GED transcripts last month because a job offer hinged on it. The service came through on time but the school board rejected the formatting and I spent 2 weeks sending emails back and forth fixing it. I thought speed mattered most but really the fine print about state requirements is what I should have checked. The job did work out in the end, so I'm not mad, but would anyone else take the slow route just to avoid the headache? Has anyone else dealt with that verification headache after a rush order?
