My transcript request disappeared into a black hole for 6 weeks

I ordered my official transcript from a diploma service in Austin back in February and it just never showed up at the nursing board. Turned out their online portal showed 'delivered' but the paper never left their building. Has anyone else had to call three times just to get someone to actually resend it?
