Ordered a rush diploma for a job interview, the frame cost more than the document

I needed a replacement diploma for a background check last month and paid $45 for the rush service from one of those online places. The paper itself showed up in 4 days but it looked like it was printed on regular office paper, no embossing or anything. The guy at the interview barely glanced at it, but the $80 frame I grabbed at a local shop in Denver got all the attention. Honestly wondering if anyone else has noticed the quality gap between the service fees and the actual product. Is there a legit way to get a proper replacement straight from the school without paying double?
