Paid $500 for a rush diploma service and got a PDF that looked like Word Art

I needed a duplicate for a job background check by Friday, so I shelled out $500 to a site that promised 24 hour processing. The 'diploma' arrived with typos in the school name and a seal that was clearly clip art, so my HR rejected it on Monday. Has anyone else had to eat the cost after a fast turnaround service pulled this kind of thing?
