The 3-ring binder trick I wish I knew before ordering my transcripts

Tbh I spent like 6 weeks going back and forth with two different diploma services because neither one would tell me if my 2004 Associates from Columbus State even counted for the program I needed. Finally a rep over at Credential Solutions told me to put every email, receipt, and tracking number in one physical binder. That simple move made me realize I was the problem, I kept asking vague questions instead of sending them my exact course codes. Has anyone else had to basically build a paper trail just to get a straight answer about accreditation?
