The transcript shortcut that saved my enrollment

I spent 3 weeks chasing a sealed transcript for a client in Austin, then found out most diploma services accept a PDF from the school's portal if you call their verification line first. Saved 11 days on the whole process. Has anyone else gotten a provider to bend on this?
