Appeals judge actually counted my sleep study hours, took 11 days off my claim
Found out my initial denial cited 14 days of work missed, but the appeals judge went through my sleep study log and said only 3 of those days were actually documented. That detail changed my whole claim timeline and I had to redo my paperwork with the doctor. Has anyone else had a judge dig into specific paperwork like that and find something you missed?
