Lost 3 months of records when my doctor's office switched portals

I was in Fresno for a follow-up on my back injury and the front desk told me they moved to a new patient system. Turns out my old messages, imaging referrals, and even my last treatment note didn't transfer over. I spent 2 hours on hold with their billing department just to get a copy of one report, and now I have to re-verify everything for my claim.
