Medical records summary they sent has contradictions, am I overthinking?

Got my file back from Pacific Medical Group and page 14 says I can't lift 10 pounds but page 22 says I'm fine with 50 pounds. How do I even use this in my appeal when they can't keep my own history straight?

Man, that's a rough spot to be in. Having your own records contradict each other just makes the whole appeal process feel rigged against you. Definitely worth pointing out in your appeal though, because if they can't keep their own paperwork straight, that says a lot about their reliability.
