Remember when you could actually talk to a live person at the SDI office?

Had to call three times last week just to get through, waited an hour each time, and the automated system kept hanging up on me. Anyone else miss the old days when you could just walk in and get your question answered in 15 minutes?

I used to hate walking in but you're right, that was way better.

Honestly yeah, it's like most things we resist end up being the better option. Funny how that keeps happening in all parts of life.
