The SSA website kept logging me out mid-form for 2 weeks straight

I finally got through to the online disability application, but every time I hit the 30 minute mark, the system kicked me back to the login page. Lost my whole medical history list twice because of it. I called the help line and they told me to clear my cookies and use a private browser window. That worked on try number 7, but I probably wasted 14 hours total just re-entering info. Has anyone else had to resort to writing everything down on paper first because of those timeouts?
