Why does nobody talk about the 8 page appeal form typo trap?

I spent 3 hours on my CA disability appeal last Tuesday and the online form kept rejecting my doctor's address because I typed "St." instead of "Street" in the city of Fresno. Finally got it through after my sister yelled at me to copy paste the exact clinic letterhead info. Has anyone else had their claim delayed because of something this dumb?
