Bought a used Xbox One from a pawn shop that looked like it had been through a war

I finally cracked it open last weekend after it kept crashing on Fallout 4 and found a literal cockroach nest inside near the power supply. After 2 hours of cleaning with compressed air and alcohol, it runs quieter than my Series S. Has anyone else found weird stuff inside a console they picked up cheap?

People never think about how much GRIME builds up inside stuff they use every day. Not just consoles but like microwaves, toasters, even your TV remote - you ever pop that open after a year? It's nasty. We treat these things like they're magical boxes that just work and forget they got vents and fans sucking in dust and crumbs and whatever else. Found a dead spider in my laptop fan once, thing was crispy like a fossil.

Nah that's nasty. Can't imagine shoving your hand in a used console not knowing what's in there. People really sell anything without cleaning it first.
