Was sure my thermal paste job was perfect, then I actually checked
I bragged about my PS4 Pro repaste for months, convinced my temps were fine. Then a buddy brought over a cheap IR thermometer and we found my hotspot was 15 degrees hotter than the core, the paste had barely covered the edge. Now I spread it thin with a card instead of just the dot, anyone else skip the spread step and regret it later?
