Hit 100 pulls on my Gaggia Classic without changing the gasket once

I'm at 100 shots and counting on the original group head gasket and it's still sealing perfectly, which honestly shocked me since everyone says to swap them every 6 months. Anyone else running stock parts way longer than recommended and getting away with it?

See I gotta disagree here. Those gaskets are cheap and easy to swap, and the risk of a leak messing up your brew pressure just isn't worth stretching it. You might be fine now but that rubber degrades over time, especially with heat cycles and constant pressure. 100 shots isn't that many in the grand scheme of things, but wait until you hit 500 or so and it starts getting brittle. I'd rather swap every six months and never think about it again than play the "how far can I push it" game with my espresso.
