Hit $50 on a used Gaggia from Facebook...
Picked it up for 40 bucks, fixed the steam wand with a paperclip and teflon tape. Who else has scored a deal that cheap and actually worked?

Facebook marketplace is where it's at for deals like that. @the_phoenix you just gotta refresh every few hours and jump on listings fast. I scored a working Silvia for $80 that way, needed a new steam wand but totally worth it.
