Picked a $15 hand grinder over a $200 electric one for my morning shots

I was choosing between a cheap hand grinder and a fancy electric model for my home setup, and I went with the hand grinder because I read it gives more consistent grounds for the price. After using it for two weeks, I'm pulling way better shots than I did with my old blade grinder, even if my arm gets a workout. Has anyone else tried switching to manual grinding and stuck with it?

Yeah I went manual for a month until my wrist gave out on day 23.

Day 23 is honestly pretty impressive for doing it nonstop though... most people tap out way sooner than that. Manual grinding is just part of the learning curve, your wrist getting wrecked is what builds character.
