Rant: Tiling my bathroom floor took 4 days and I almost gave up twice

Started Tuesday morning on a 40 square foot floor in my 1950s bungalow near Portland. Leveling compound was a nightmare, had to redo it after the first pour dried with a high spot in the corner. By Thursday night I had all the tile down but the grout lines looked like a 5 year old did them, so I pulled up 6 tiles and started that section over. Final grout went in Saturday, sealed Sunday, and honestly it still has one crooked seam I notice every time I walk in. Anyone else hit a point mid-project where you just wanted to throw the trowel across the room?
