The bathroom vanity I built last Tuesday is already leaning
I put it together with pocket holes and wood glue, thought it was solid. Woke up this morning and the whole thing has a visible tilt to the left. I used pine from the big box store, maybe that was the mistake. Has anyone had this happen with a freestanding cabinet?

You mentioned using pine from the big box store. That stuff can be really wet sometimes. If the wood wasn't fully dry before you built it, the whole frame can twist as it loses moisture in your house. I've had a bookshelf do that, it sat flat for a week then went wonky as the wood settled. The pocket holes might be tight, but the boards themselves are moving.

Ugh that's the WORST feeling! Casey's got a point about wet wood, but I'm wondering about your floor. Did you check if it's LEVEL where the vanity sits? My old house has floors that slope like crazy, and anything freestanding looks off until I shim it. Pocket holes won't help if the base isn't making full contact.
